Sun Chemical has released its Autumn 2023 Regulatory Newsletter, which features updates about the latest regulations and policies being implemented worldwide.

The latest newsletter features updates about the European Food Safety Authority’s final assessment of bisphenol A and what that will mean for food contact materials in packaging. The report details specific restrictions and information about perfluoroalkyl chemicals in Europe and the United States, and offers insights into the European Union General Court’s ruling concerning titanium dioxide and its implications for the Classification, Labeling, and Packaging (CLP) regulation.
